Our "Picaillon" duck Foie Gras has been combined with Tuber Melanosporum Périgord black truffles.
Truffles collected in December, brushed but not washed and blanched, we only use the best slices in the centre.
The unique aromas of black truffles combine with the softness of the semi-cooked foie gras in a magnificent coming together.
