We've combined our "Picaillon" duck Foie Gras with Vin Jaune, produced in the Jura for long years in oak barrels. It sets itself apart in cuisine with its aromas or nuts and fresh apples. That’s why the greatest French chefs use it. This wine reveal the flavour of our foie gras.
